Please note that due to the custom-made nature of our products, certain hygiene and manufacturing conditions apply to all requests.

Return Process

Contact our smile experts through our online portal or customer support email to provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

Quality Assessment
Our team will review your case and may request photos of your veneers to determine if a fit adjustment or a full remake is the best solution for your needs.

Secure Packaging
Once approved, securely pack your custom veneers and the original impression kit materials into the provided return shipping box to ensure safe transit.
4.
Processing & Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned items at our lab, we will process your refund to the original payment method or begin crafting your replacement veneers.
